I am the Director of Internal Recruiting for the Eastern Region for Major, Lindsey and Africa. My role is to identify, interview and assist in the hiring of new recruiters and directors of business development for our East Coast offices.



Prior to joining MLA, I have 8 years of executive search and corporate recruiting experience in various industries and functional areas including finance, accounting, marketing, business development, legal, compliance, audit, actuarial, HR, training, underwriting, etc. Recruited for both professional and leadership level positions and on retained and contingent searches in the executive search arena.



I am most interested in networking with other recruiters about candidate sourcing techniques and referrals of potential legal recruiters.
