My Recruiting Background Over the past 18 years I have had the pleasure of building and maintaining relationships with IT Managers, Directors, and a myriad of C-Level business Executives. My job function has included: building and developing relationships, identifying staffing needs for both contract and fulltime employees, recruiting, selling, training internal staff, and project/program management. Area of expertise has been 18 years of agency recruiting, 8 years in agency Sales, and 3 years of Corporate Staffing. My current area of focus is in Corporate Staffing, strategically developing resources to deliver hard to find skills, and engaging in Web 2.0 initiatives that will aid us in eMarketing, eRecruiting, eSocial Networking. I'm a "Big Picture" problem solver, whose passion is to train, develop and network with people.
