My Recruiting Background Damian entered the recruitment industry, from a 12 year career in Financial Services, in 2002, trainign as a Headhunter for Senior Executives within the Financial Services Industry. He initially trained with a well established organization in Melbourne, where he remained for 1 year, before leaving to take up a full time contract with a prominent Investment Bank, as an external recruitment provider. Since then, Damian has enjoyed close relationships with his small but lucrative number of Clients, and continues to develop his business both in Australia and overseas.
