Personal Leslie has more than 10 years of experience in Executive Search. Her search experience and expertise has included executing recruiting for start-ups, private growth-stage and fully operating public companies in the technology and consumer industries. She has completed numerous C level, Senior Management and individual contributor positions for her client companies.



Her career in search began with a top ranking retained executive search firm, Stratford Group. Leslie started in Research and quickly transitioned to a Senior Associate role. During her time with the Stratford Group, Leslie became known as a technology expert and quickly earned a reputation of successfully completing high quality, efficient and detailed executive search assignments. Her area of expertise while working with the Stratford Group was in the High Technology Sales vertical where she was successful at closing many Senior Level Sales searches with VC backed companies headquartered in the Bay Area. She successfully completed a number of searches in the Consumer space as well.



After her tenure at the Stratford Group, Leslie consulted for Spherion where she completed a variety of searches for Microsoft, Bear Sterns, Hewitt and Clearwire. She then joined UK based Executive Search firm Allison International and was one of the dedicated executive recruiters placing Key Management Executives for several silicon valley tier one venture capital firms. Leslie worked closely with both Senior Management and the Venture Partners to achieve successful executive hires.



Leslie holds a Masters Degree in Education from Boston University, a B.A. in Linguistics from San Jose State University, and is a native of the San Francisco Bay Area and Silicon Valley where she resides with her husband and two children.



Senior Management: Senior Director, VP and C Level Retained Searches in the areas of Sales, Marketing, Engineering, IT, Finance and Operations.
