Company Description Andrew is the Director of Sales and Marketing for HireAbility. In this role, he assists members to gain the most benefit from their membership, and ensures that all members have recruiting partners with whom they are working. Andrew also develops partnerships with other service providers that offer tools to the staffing industry with the aim of negotiating special pricing for members of the recruiting network. He also develops the content and product offerings you will likely encounter as a member.

My Recruiting Background Andrew has been in the staffing industry since 1998 where he started as a direct hire recruiter for a public staffing firm (Hall Kinion, Inc.). After several years running a successful desk, he was tasked with rebuilding a branch of Hall Kinion, bringing it from a staff of two sales people, to over a dozen while actively running a sales desk. In 2002, ran the most profitable office (globally) for Hall Kinion, winning Office of the Year. He was personally awarded the Choice Award for superior performance for Q1 and Q2 for this same year.
