Company DescriptionBackground: I have been a recruiter in the Chicago area since July of 2002. I started off at a small boutique firm and and then went to a $20B staffing firm that had a start up perm division and currently own my own firm. My niche is Accounting/Finance. I graduated from University of Illinois in Champaign with a degree in accounting in 1998. I have been in sales my whole life dating back to high school when I was a telemarketer.



Clients-Our focus clients are mid-size and boutique public accounting firms. We also have clients that range from Fortune 200 to $100M privately held companies.



Specialties: Candidates-Nearly 100% of our candidates are out of the BIG 4 & Top 25 National Public Accounting Firms. 90% of our candidates are exclusive to us and we do not represent candidates that are posted on any job boards. We deal with mostly audit, IT audit, tax, forensics, valuation and a couple of the consulting lines.
