My Recruiting Background I was hired out of school (Bachelor of Commerce at the number two business school in Canada) to an IT staffing company and learned the environment there.

I started up my own company in September 1996, and enjoyed the heady days of the .com era - and also the following years after the collapse. By the end of that dry season, I took a job as the HR Manager at a software development product company. All of these experiences have been tremendously instructive, but by 2006, I was ready to return to my roots and set up Clear Road to capitalize on my contacts, and expertise.
