Company DescriptionI have been a recruiter in Silicon Valley for 20 years, the last 10 being a contractor at great companies like Yahoo!, Intuit, Metricom, Mips, Xilinx, Juniper and more. I started my own contingency firm in December of 2006 and focus on High-Tech. In addition to myself, I have 2 part time sourcers. I also dabble in the Healthcare field.

I recruit all levels and most technologies. For example, I place Executives, Managers, SW Eng, HW Eng, Firmware Eng, Web Devs, IT professionals, Operations, Finance, Procurement, Project Management, Marketing, Sales and all miscellaneous positions. In healthcare, I've placed nurses and med-techs.

At this time I have more candidates than I have positions, so I am looking to expand my job orders. I enjoy working with start-up companies, but am open to any size.
